Large employers (more than $31M annual gross receipts) may be eligible for 40% federal employer-provided childcare tax credit ($500,000 max annual credit).

Small employers ($31M and under annual gross receipts) may be eligible for 50% federal employer-provided childcare tax credit ($600,000 max annual credit).

Kansas employers may also be eligible for 50% Kansas child day care assistance tax credit ($45,000 max annual credit).
